The Creator’s Room: Beyond the Boards

The Creator’s Room is back with an amazing lineup of discussions! Last Spring the virtual series launched with panels about the importance of artist development and how creatives pivoted in the height of a pandemic.

The Creator’s Room: Beyond the Boards aired Nov. 10th at 6pm via Zoom and featured GRAMMY Award-nominee, Singer, Songwriter, Producer and Howard University alum, Eric Roberson along with GRAMMY Award winner, Audio Engineer, Music Producer, Singer-Songwriter Ebonie Smith and GRAMMY Award Winning Audio Engineer and Music Producer Stephen Dent as they discuss their journey in music, the songs and albums that broke their careers and how viewers can learn from the path and apply it to their trajectory. The Creator’s Room is for fans of music, viewers who are interested in behind the scenes and students/alumni wanting to continue their knowledge of arts education. 

The Creator’s Room series is an intimate conversation about the journey of creator’s working behind the scenes in the arts, the importance of protecting your artistry and tangible resources viewers can use to jumpstart or reignite their careers.
